David Bowie's breakthrough album was the 1972 classic The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars.
It features numerous classic songs such as 'Starman', 'Moonage Daydream', 'Ziggy Stardust', 'Five Years' and 'Suffragette City', was Bowie's first hit album, reaching number five in the UK chart in 1972, while 'Starman' was a top 10 single.
The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars has been remixed in DOLBY ATMOS, the first time this has happened for a David Bowie studio album.
The blu-ray audio will feature the following audio streams:

- Original 1972 Stereo Mix – 2012 Remaster (48/24)
The Atmos Mix and stereo mix are unavailable on any other physical product, including the imminent Rock and Roll Star! 5CD+blu-ray deluxe set (read more on SDE). The stereo mix is available at higher resolution on this blu-ray (192/24) when compared to the blu-ray on Rock and Roll Star! which is 96/24.
The Atmos mix was done by Emre Ramazanoglu with original producer Ken Scott at RAK Studios, London. If you do not have an Atmos set up yet, but do have a 5.1 set-up, this will fold down into a brand new 5.1 mix on your system.
