Bryan Ferry's recent Retrospective collection is available in immersive Dolby Atmos, in full uncompressed quality, on blu-ray audio, as part of the ongoing SDE Surround Series.

The 20-track compilation offers his classic output with Island Records, Polydor, Virgin/E.G., and BMG. It features eight top 40 UK hits including 'A Hard Rain's a-Gonna Fall', 'Let's Stick Together', 'Slave to Love', 'Don't Stop The Dance' and more. 

Ferry's wonderfully produced music is perfect for Dolby Atmos (or 5.1) and legendary producer/mixer Bob Clearmountain (who mixed Bryan's 1985 album Boys and Girls) has done an incredible job with Dolby Atmos and (exclusive) 5.1 mixes of all 20 tracks, including those aforementioned classics, and songs such as 'Kiss and Tell' (from Bête Noire), 'I Put A Spell On You' (from Taxi) and 'Your Painted Smile' from Mamouna.

Additionally, this blu-ray features bonus content in the form of the 16 'Rare and Unreleased' songs from the fifth disc of the Retrospective: Selected Recordings 1973-2023 deluxe package, released in October. These are stereo only.

The blu-ray is presented in deluxe rigid board packaging, the same as used for Richard Wright's Wet Dream blu-ray last year, and the imminent Thompson Twins Into The Gap SDE blu-ray – not the usual amaray case. However, this will ship with a collectible SDE slipcase and the dimensions are virtually identical.
