Items are shipped from the UK.

When do you charge my card?

You are charged when you place the order.

When will my items ship?

If the product is a pre-order, it will not ship until the items has been released. The date is normally very clear in the product listings. If the item is in stock, it will normally ship 1-3 working days after the order is placed.

What if my order contains available items and a pre-order?

If you have a mix of available items and items not available for a while (due to pre-orders), your entire order will not ship until all items are available. We recommend splitting your orders if this doesn't work for you.

How do I cancel an order?

Will I get an email confirmation when an order is placed?

Yes, all customers get an order confirmation email when an order is placed

How do I know when my order has shipped?

Despatch emails are sent to all customers when their order ships?

Is it possible to combine two separate pre-orders?

If you have placed two separate orders they have two separate order numbers and cannot be combined after the event. 

I'm in Europe; will I have to pay tax on my order?
