Iconic British duo Tears For Fears have announced their first-ever official live album, Songs For A Nervous Planet. The album includes four brand-new studio tracks, including new single 'The Girl That I Call Home’.
In addition to those four new studio tracks, this limited edition 2LP 'Cocoa Cream' coloured vinyl edition of the album features live highlights from the band's 2022 Tipping Point album as well as a generous trip through their greatest hits including 'Mad World', 'Shout', 'Everybody Wants To Rule The World', 'Pale Shelter', 'Sowing The Seeds Of Love', 'Woman in Chains', 'Change' and more!
Curt Smith: "I think a lot of people don't know that we are a good live band, actually! They see a duo, and they think it's going to be two people with a couple of keyboards and a bunch of backing tapes, and that'll be it. Over the years, we've vastly improved since our heyday back in the Eighties.”
Roland Orzabal adds, “We’ve never released an official live album, so you could say this is an album forty years in the making.”
